If your package arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect item, you must notify us via email or in writing within 5 days from the date you received your order. Gifts may be exchanged within 5 days of the day the package was received as long as the items are unused. If you are returning a package please use an insured and pre-paid method (we recommend UPS or FEDEX). Include your packing slip (or a note with your invoice number) and your reason for return.
