Returns & Exchanges
Please be aware that all sales are final and are not subject to return. Please be certain to review your purchase prior to completing your order. If your package arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect item, you must notify us via email or in writing within 5 days from the date you received your order.
Gifts may be exchanged within 5 days of the day the package was received as long
as the items are unused. If you are returning a package please use an insured
and pre-paid method (we recommend UPS or FEDEX). Include your packing slip (or
a note with your invoice number) and your reason for return.
Sorry, shipping
and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for your online purchases. We
also accept Personal Checks which can be mailed to: 2955 Christopher Rd. Suite
1, Jacksonville, Florida; 32217. At this time we do not accept COD orders. We
will verify that the name and address on the credit card matches your order billing
information. If they don’t, we may call to verify credit card mailing information
for your safety.
Order Confirmation
Upon placing your order, you will receive two emails. The first email will confirm your order and the second email will provide shipping details.
Order Process Time
Once placing your order, we will work quickly to process your order however please allow 7 days before you receive your order.
Backorders
We do not accept backorders.
